JELLY FILLED PEANUT BUTTER BREAD
Dough:
1 1/4 cups room temperature water (75°F-85°F)
1, 15 oz package Eagle Mills Homestyle White Bread Mix
1/3 cup peanut butter
1 yeast packet (enclosed)
Filling:
1/3 cup grape jelly
Dough: Pour water into bread machine pan. Add bread mix and peanut butter. Empty contents of yeast packet (enclosed) over mix. Select dough cycle and start machine. When cycle is complete, place dough on lightly floured surface. Let rest 10 minutes. Roll dough to 12x9-inch rectangle. Filling: Spread grape jelly evenly over dough, leaving 1/2-inch edge. Starting with the 9-inch side, roll dough jelly roll style, forming a log. Press edges of dough to seal. Place dough seam-side down in lightly greased 9x5-inch pan. Cover loosely and let rise 30 minutes or until double in size. Bake at 350°F 45-50 minutes or until deep brown. Cool thoroughly before serving.
Makes 1, 9-inch loaf.
